Starting his career in 1984, Dave has honed his skills across a broad spectrum of trades including custom cabinetry, trim work, painting, tile, flooring and so much more! His extensive hands-on background in new construction makes him a versatile and invaluable resource for clients.

Jana began her journey in new construction and remodeling in 2006. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2020, blending her real estate expertise with her extensive background in new construction/remodels to offer a comprehensive service to her clients. Jana enjoys turning what can often be a stressful process into an enjoyable experience, guiding clients through every step with enthusiasm and expertise.
